Back on the ground, as far as I can tell.

So spelunking in Minecraft is kind of broken right now, as the game's creator added a hostile creature with a broken hitbox that spawns in vast numbers in secure areas underground, thus making cave exploration completely impossible. Rather than get cranky I decided to try doing something else instead. Making something. Want to see what I made?

How about A LOG FLUME THAT WILL PIERCE THE HEAVENS!!!

Log flumes aren't for starin' at, son. They're for ridin'. Let's ride that bad boy.

Up we go, courtesy of Minecraft's screwball buoyancy physics (boats rise underwater so aggressively that they'll actually climb waterfalls, like the one coming down from the summit)...

...and over the top... my goodness, but we're high up... is this thing safety rated? I don't --

AAAAAAA

Splash! A safe landing, and right into a barnyard, apparently. I wasn't quick enough on the screenshot button but the boat goes about thirty feet underwater when it splashes down from the top of the tower. Surprisingly it doesn't break, "surprising" as boats are fragile as spun glass in this game.

Man, Minecraft. If there's more fun you can have in 234 kilobytes I'm not sure I want to know about it.
