More planetary foolishments.

I added some hacky code for moving the camera around with the keyboard and a simple lighting algorithm based on the angle to the light source, located above and behind the camera. As you can see the ray-traced sphere's smooth curvature holds up perfectly even at close range.

I have to admit I'm not quite sure where I want to go with this, since I wasn't expecting it to be so absurdly easy to get as far as I have.
